Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter) to support our growing recruitment needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Schedule and follow up on technical and client interviews

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and joining follow-ups

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience in IT recruitment

• Good understanding of IT technologies and roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

• Good organizational and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
