This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a product company environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can deliver secure, scalable, and AI enabled systems — fast. You’ll work across the stack with ReactJS, Python, and MongoDB, integrating AI models or APIs where it drives real value. You bring a delivery-first mindset, care deeply about performance, scalability, and security, and are passionate about building high-quality production code that moves the needle for the business.Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features using React (frontend), Python (backend APIs), and MongoDB (data layer).
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and product shaping discussions.
• Integrate AI / ML models or LLM APIs into real-world product workflows.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready code — fast.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to iterate quickly and smartly.
• Own your work with pride and push for continuous improvement in code quality and delivery velocity.Qualifications
• 4–10 years of experience in software development at product companies (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in :
• ReactJS (modern component patterns, performance tuning)
• Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• MongoDB (schema design, indexing, performance optimization)
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining production systems with real users.
• Familiarity with AI / ML APIs, LLMs, or intelligent feature integrations is a strong plus.
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures (AWS / GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI / CD pipelines.
