Senior Android Developer (On Contract)

Job description5+ years of Experience Excellent command of the English language Up-to-date knowledge of Android development tools and device platforms Experience in Kotlin, MVVM Architecture, and Dependency Injection is strongly preferred Experience in JIRA and Confluence Experience in using source control management Experience in Agile, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development Experience in at least two of the following : creating custom UI controls, high-performing API integrations, advanced state management, cross-device support, or performance optimization. Knowledge of REST APIs and industry-standard SDK integrations preferred
Role :
- Develop cutting-edge native Android video streaming apps for TV and Mobile devices
- Responsible for the technical design and development of advanced video streaming consumer applications with multiple backend integrations
- Deliver app solutions across the entire app life cycle – prototype to build to test to launch to support
- Build slick UIUX interfaces with a focus on usability features and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Optimize performance and stability, as well as non-functional aspects such as logging
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and Device / OS / IDE updates
