Job Description
Responsibilities : 1. Finance Management :
- Ensure budget controlling by fiscal control.
- Ensure smooth cash flow & Billing.
2. Financial Reporting :
- Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial results, variances, and trends to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Annual finance and budget control for financial year target
3. Budget Management :
- Identify organization goals and vision and incorporate them in FY budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to develop project budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Accounts Receivable and Payable :
- Supervise and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital.
5. Audit and Compliance :
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure on time statutory compliance submission and payments.
- Handle audits and ensure zero non conformances
6. Taxation :
- Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position.
- Ensure tax compliances met timely without Interest / Penalty by taxation authorities.
- Complete tax related returns are filed without penalty levied.
7. Banking :
- Ensure professional relation with banks.
- Classification : Confidential
- Ensure banking hassle-free and minimum charges for different services availed
- from bank.
- Timely BG Preparation.
8. Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
The Successful Applicant
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification CA
- Proven experience (17+ years) in finance and accounts roles within the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budget management, and accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
