About Role :

Were seeking a Senior Laravel (PHP) & React JS Developer to lead the digital transformation of a well-established organization by building AI-powered, scalable web applications. Youll modernize core business processes across Sales, Distribution, and Finance, playing a key role in shaping the companys digital future.

In this role, you'll own the full backend development lifecyclefrom architecture to deploymentdelivering automation-driven solutions that boost efficiency and revenue. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric platforms that support large-scale digital initiatives.

    • Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain scalable CMS web applications using Laravel (PHP), Mysql, Node js, React JS.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for web / mobile applications.
  • Work with image and video processing tools to support media-rich applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Coordinate directly with product owners and business teams to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and manage deployment pipelines.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, review code, and drive project delivery
