Position : Power BI Developer

Experience : 6–7 years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Work Mode : Working from Office (5 days a week)

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Power BI Developers with strong expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and analytics. The ideal candidate will design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports .
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Create data models , measures , and DAX calculations to support analysis.
Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance and scalability .
Manage Power BI Service workspaces , refresh schedules, and access controls.
Ensure data accuracy and adherence to best practices in visualization and governance.

Technical Skills Required :

6–7 years of experience in Power BI development .

Expertise in DAX , Power Query (M) , and data modeling .

Proficient in SQL for writing and optimizing queries.

Hands-on with data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, SharePoint, Excel, APIs .

Good understanding of ETL concepts , data warehousing , and report optimization .

Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) and Power BI Gateway configuration .

Note : Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.

2️⃣ MSBI + Power BI Developer

Position : MSBI / Power BI Developer

Experience : 6–7 years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Work Mode : Working from Office (5 days a week)

Job Description :

We are seeking skilled MSBI / Power BI Developers with solid experience across the Microsoft BI Stack and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining complete BI solutions to support data-driven business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement ETL workflows using SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards .

Create and optimize OLAP cubes and tabular models using SSAS .

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions.

Perform data validation , performance tuning , and ensure process optimization .

Integrate MSBI components with Power BI for unified reporting and analytics.

Technical Skills Required :

6–7 years of experience in Microsoft BI development .

Proficiency in SSIS , SSRS , and SSAS (approx. 50% focus).

Hands-on experience with Power BI (approx. 30% focus).

Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.

Good understanding of data warehousing and ETL design principles .

Exposure to Azure Data Services or cloud-based BI environments (preferred).
