We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the CPaaS sector in South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales with a focus on communication technologies, and will be responsible for driving growth and managing key client accounts.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the CPaaS sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients across South India.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the CPaaS market.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the CPaaS or telecom industry.Strong understanding of communication platforms and API services.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Skills Required
