Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the CPaaS sector in South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales with a focus on communication technologies, and will be responsible for driving growth and managing key client accounts.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the CPaaS sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients across South India.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the CPaaS market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the CPaaS or telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of communication platforms and API services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
