About the Role :
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract, evaluate, and onboard exceptional talent. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing, value-driven workforce.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- This is on fixed contract for 1 year.
Requirements :
1–2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).Excellent communication and people skills.Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment metrics.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us :
