Job Title : Senior Team Lead SAP PP / QM

Summary : The Senior Team Lead SAP PP / QM will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions within the organization. This role involves leading a team of SAP professionals, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring the effectiveness of production planning and quality processes to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP PP / QM professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM solutions to optimize production and quality processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to gather requirements and develop strategies that align with organizational needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in production planning and quality management.
• Monitor and analyze PP and QM data to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users in utilizing SAP PP / QM functionalities effectively.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP PP / QM, offering guidance on integration with other SAP modules and systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and SAP advancements relevant to production and quality management practices.
