Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end HCM implementations and will work closely with implementation partners to deliver robust HR solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle HCM best practices, a strategic mindset, and excellent project management skills to drive the success of complex HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle HCM solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, etc.), ensuring successful delivery across multiple phases.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to define requirements, translate them into system designs, and provide configuration solutions.
• Take ownership of the project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while managing scope and change requests effectively.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to align on project goals, facilitate communication, and resolve any functional or technical challenges.
• Drive functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support for Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to junior consultants and client teams, fostering knowledge transfer and adoption of HCM best practices.
• Ensure the solution aligns with business needs, legal requirements, and global HR policies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM applications and provide advisory support to key business leaders.
