As a Senior Guidewire Developer, you will join a dynamic team and you will develop system specifications, follow software engineering best practices, develop code, test and debug computer programs. You’ll also work as part of a collaborative team helping further enhance each other’s skills.

What you’ll do here :
Improve and develop software systems to meet users' needs by finding solutions, solving complex problems, code development, testing, debugging and documenting systems.Take part in all project phases to ensure completion by collaborative with users and communicating status reports.Ensure systems are optimal and meet quality standards by analyzing, providing suggestions and developing assessments.Make recommendations and participate in improving development and system maintenance processes.Apply the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) development methodology to ensure standards are met.What you bring to the table :
Guidewire (GOSU) background, preferably Claim Centre5+ years of experience developing applications using Java and Spring frameworks.Understanding SOA spirit and principals and strong SOA development experienceExperience with microservices, Spring Boot, RESTful webservicesUnderstanding of Kafka messaging, Rabbitmq, MongodbSolid understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and DesignGood knowledge of, WebSphere, Tomcat, Docker, Openshift / KubernetesExperience with GitHub, Eclipse, ToadExperience with open source frameworks and tools such as Hibernate, Maven, Jenkins and NexusExperience working in an Agile Scrum environment is preferred.Here’s what’s great about us :
