AI Architect

We are looking for an AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. You will define architectures, guide teams, and build scalable systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and advanced MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end AI / GenAI solution architectures for complex business problems.

Lead the development and integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agentic frameworks.

Provide thought leadership on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization.

Architect data pipelines, vector databases, and APIs for seamless system integration.

Drive best practices in MLOps / LLMOps, security, governance, and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with product owners, engineering, and business teams to align solutions with objectives.

Mentor and grow AI engineers, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related discipline.

12–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in AI / ML architecture or solution leadership.

Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI platforms (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude).

Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

Knowledge of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and hybrid search architectures.

Strong experience in MLOps / LLMOps (MLflow, Azure ML, Docker / Kubernetes, CI / CD).

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proven ability to manage stakeholders, guide teams, and deliver secure, compliant AI solutions.
