Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role,
you will identify and engage with software companies across South India, helping them
integrate the WhatsApp API into their applications and business workflows. You will act as a
bridge between our technical capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring they
understand the value of our solutions and experience a smooth integration journey. The ideal
candidate should demonstrate both technical aptitude and strong communication skills, along
with a passion for enabling businesses to adopt modern messaging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach software companies across South India to introduce and promote the client WhatsApp API solutions.
- Understand each customer’s business requirements and explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.
- Guide clients throughout the WhatsApp API integration process while coordinating closely with the internal solution or sales team.
- Conduct online and onsite demos, product walkthroughs, presentations, and technical
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure seamless discussions for potential clients.
- Onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Work toward meeting monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue
- Travel across South India as needed for client visits and business development growth activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Any engineering degree with a basic understanding of APIs, programming concepts,and software integration.
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or a Technical role.Strong understanding of customer needs with the ability to propose suitable,solution-oriented approaches.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.Mandatory Requirements
Own 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.Personal laptop for daily work.
