Role Summary :

The Operations Manager will function as the Chief of Operations, responsible for the company's overall business performance, process efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

This position is intended for a strong executor and strategic thinker who can take end-to-end responsibility of the business, akin to a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

• Translate management goals into actionable operational and financial plans.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability through effective cost and margin management.
• Monitor business KPIs and prepare monthly review reports for management.
• Support business expansion, vendor partnerships, and new product additions.
