We are seeking an SEO Specialist with strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and analytics. You will lead ongoing SEO execution, reporting, and optimization in collaboration with content, analytics, marketing and technology teams. The role also includes GenAI-driven search optimization (AEO / LLM visibility) to future-proof the client’s content performance on AI answer engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute keyword strategies, content optimization plans, and metadata standards across key product, asset class, and thought leadership areas.
- Partner with marketing and content teams to enhance on-page SEO through structured content, internal linking, and search-intent–aligned updates.
- Conduct regular audits to improve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and overall site structure.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement technical fixes, optimize page performance, and support site migrations.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, FAQ snippets, and contextual authority signals to improve discoverability on AI-driven answer engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Track and optimize LLM visibility metrics to strengthen the client’s presence in GenAI and voice search ecosystems.
- Build recurring reports using GSC, Google Ads and SEO tools to track impressions, rankings, CTR, and conversions.
- Work closely with analytics, to align insights, strengthen paid search campaign efficiency, and maintain SEO governance.
Experience Required
3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience managing complex, enterprise-level websites.Strong expertise in technical SEO, structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.Demonstrated experience in keyword research, topic clustering, competitive analysis, and content optimization frameworks.Proficiency with SEO and digital intelligence tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics / GA4, Similarweb, Google AdsAbility to work with Excel / Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas, and data cleaning for SEO and analytics reportingBasic familiarity with HTML / CSS and CMS platforms;Understanding of AEO / GenAI search trends and structured content design is preferred.Basic HTML / CSS familiarityStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-starter with strong ownership, and prioritization abilities.Understanding of PPC / paid search performance and how it interacts with SEO.Nice to Have
