About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Business Development to lead and drive business growth across India. This role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, and managing the business development team to expand our footprint in the corporate interior fit-out industry.
Responsibilities :
- Business Growth Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify and engage with potential clients, build long-term relationships, and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and oversee the business development team across India, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with design, estimation, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Revenue & Performance Tracking : Monitor sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements.

Proven experience in business development within the corporate interior fit-out industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.Strategic mindset with the capability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.Willingness to travel as required.Required Skills :
