Role OverviewThe Platform Expansion Partner will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth and adoption of Shuffle X, the world’s first social + transactional investor–investee ecosystem.While the title emphasizes partnership, this is a hands-on, execution-oriented role. The Platform Expansion Partner will actively drive user acquisition, revenue growth, funding support, and ecosystem credibility. Incentives will be performance-based, tied directly to achieving measurable growth milestones.Key Responsibilities1. User Growth & Ecosystem DevelopmentActively drive the onboarding of Investors, Companies, and Explorers to build a critical mass of active users.Lead outreach campaigns targeting angel investors, VCs, startups, and SMEs.Convert seeded company profiles into claimed and engaged organic users through personalized outreach.Establish Shuffle X as a trusted and high-impact ecosystem by nurturing verified profiles, case studies, and success stories.2. Investor Relations & Funding EcosystemIdentify, engage, and onboard angel investors, family offices, and VC funds onto Shuffle X.Build and sustain relationships with the investor community to strengthen platform trust and visibility.Act as a fundraising catalyst, helping startups on Shuffle X connect with investors aligned to their growth stage.Provide strategic insights on capital structuring, valuation readiness, and investor communication.3. Revenue Growth & MonetizationDrive adoption of Premium memberships across Companies, Investors, and Explorers.Support early monetization of marketplace features (fundraising success fees, job postings, featured listings).Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams.Advise on pricing, packaging, and scalability strategies to sustain long-term monetization growth.4. Strategic Advisory & Product AlignmentAct as a thought partner to the Shuffle X leadership team on go-to-market and product roadmap priorities aligned with user and revenue expansion.Provide financial and operational discipline to ensure the company remains investor-ready and scalable.Contribute to Shuffle X’s strategic positioning as a trusted global platform combining social networking with transactional value.5. Market Development & Brand BuildingRepresent Shuffle X at ecosystem events, webinars, and investor forums.Champion Shuffle X Talks and other thought-leadership initiatives to build brand recognition and credibility.Forge alliances with accelerators, chambers of commerce, and ecosystem enablers to extend Shuffle X’s reach into new markets.Performance Metrics & Incentive LinkageIncentives will be tied to the achievement of measurable milestones, including : Investor Onboarding : e.g., 500–1000 verified investors onboarded.Company Onboarding : e.g., 5000–10000 credible companies claimed / active.Revenue Milestones : e.g., Growth in Premium memberships and marketplace monetization.Funding Milestones : e.g., Successful fundraising outcomes facilitated through Shuffle X.Why This Role MattersThis role is central to Shuffle X’s journey toward becoming the largest global investor–investee ecosystem.
