NetSuite Technical Lead

Job Description

A lead developer with a strong focus on NetSuite is required to drive business growth and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of SuiteScript, integrations, and workflows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0 / 2.1. They will also automate processes with SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteAnalytics reports.

This role requires a mix of technical development skills and the ability to partner with finance and operations teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and deploy custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0 / 2.1.
• Automate processes with SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteAnalytics reports.
• Create and maintain saved searches, custom records, dashboards and SuiteQL queries.
• Customize and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Revenue Recognition (ARM).
• Build automated approval workflows for expenses, purchase orders and vendor bills.
• Develop advanced reporting and analytics for financial insights.
• Enhance and maintain Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement and Warehousing workflows.
• Configure and customize item records, demand planning and supply chain processes.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse management systems.
• Implement integrations with financial systems, banks, e-commerce and CRM platforms using SuiteTalk (SOAP / REST) and middleware.
• Manage sandbox refreshes, release testing and deployments for each new NetSuite SaaS version.
• Lead and mentor junior NetSuite developers / administrators.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, data integrity and security best practices.
• Work with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate requirements into NetSuite solutions.
