Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative based in Hyderabad. The representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role includes some work-from-home flexibility. Daily tasks involve resolving customer issues, maintaining customer records, processing orders, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience.
