Full Stack Java Spring Boot Lead – AWS | 15+ Years Experience | Contract to Hire | PAN India (Hybrid Mode)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Java Spring Boot Lead with deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, adept at back-end development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot .

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable and secure solutions.

Architect, design, and implement solutions on AWS , leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Aurora MySQL, API Gateway, CloudFormation / Terraform , etc.

Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews, best practices, and automated testing.

Mentor and guide offshore development teams , providing technical leadership and fostering continuous learning.

Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full application stack.

Work on CI / CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments on AWS.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams following Agile / Scrum methodologies .

Manage version control (Git) and implement software development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Java and Spring Boot frameworks .

Proven experience in AWS Cloud Architecture and related services.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture , API development , and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes preferred).

Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, Aurora) .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring distributed teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
