Manager – Finance (ICT / IWLZ)

Job Objective & Key Responsibilities

Perform reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, and inter-company transactions.

Review and verify supplier invoices in line with contractual agreements, and record entries in BOS.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports.

Oversee monthly billing

Maintain and update financial data across systems such as Billing Software / ERP / Warehouse Management Software

Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.

Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.

Timely submission of client invoices and follow-up for payment

Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

Ensuring Compliances related to the SPVs.

Managing the team of accountant (s)

Accurate and timely processing of Vendor Invoices and Payments

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations.

Report any incidents or violations that may impact safety, security, or company reputation.

Qualifications

CA / MBA with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.

Preferred Experience

Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.
