Senior Product Designer | Role Location : Dubai | 5-8 YoE

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong B2C product background who thrives in fast-moving startup environments. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll shape the end-to-end product experience — from strategy and discovery to execution and delivery — while working closely with founders, product managers, and engineers.

You should bring exceptional visual craft, a generalist mindset, and comfort operating in a low-process, high-chaos, high-ownership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design workflows : user research, wireframes, UX flows, UI design, prototyping, and final handoff.
• Design for core B2C digital products across mobile and web, creating intuitive, high-quality experiences.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to shape user journeys and ship impactful features.
• Contribute to and evolve our basic design system, balancing speed with consistency.
• Support marketing and brand surfaces when needed — landing pages, product visuals, and campaigns.
• Create and experiment with motion design : micro-interactions, transitions, simple animations (3D is a strong plus).
• Help shape product direction through strong product thinking, not just execution.
