• Experience in effectively interacting with customer managers and stakeholders to understand their needs,

build strong relationships, and collaborate on solutions.

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and demonstrate the value and rationale for own design decisions to business and technology partners.

Experience in managing small to medium-sized teams, including overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, providing training and support, and ensuring team objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Strong expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools.

Solid understanding of UX-research, UX-design, and accessibility (WCAG).

Multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize with minimal supervision.
