Role Description :

Sales Calling Executive – Full-Time (US Shift)

📍 Location : Kolkata (Work from Office)

🕒 Shift Timing : US Shift (Night Shift)

💼 Employment Type : Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Sales Calling Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata . If you're ready to take on high-impact sales calls and drive business growth, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to promote our products / services
  • Be comfortable conducting sales conversations over video calls
  • Effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections with confidence
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve call strategies and campaign success

Requirements :

  • 1 year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar voice process is preferred (especially in international calling), but not mandatory
  • Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bold, confident, and persuasive communication style
  • Ability to work in a night shift (US hours) from our Kolkata office
  • Strong work ethic and target-driven attitude
  • Preferred :

  • Candidates based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
  • Prior experience in international sales or US outbound calling
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
