Semarchy Developer Lead (MDM)

Position : Semarchy Lead

Location : Remote with quarterly visit to Chennai office

Duration : Full Time

Shift timings : 5 : 30 pm - 2 : 30 am IST

Budget : 20-48 LPA (Depending on level of expertise)

Responsibilities

 Ability to Identify and analyze business requirements, functional design and translate requirements to technical specifications, MDM workflow configuration Analyze, define and implement data quality rules.

 Translate business requirements into technical design

 Define business process workflows using MDM tools to enforce data governance

 Collaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA and operations support

 Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Mandatory Experience :

 5+ years of experience in Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Management and Data Validation

 2+ years of development experience in Semarchy xDM

 3+ years of experience in Data profiling / Data quality

 Strong working knowledge in SQL

 Experience working with business users in agile an environment.

 Hardworking, dedicated and motivating person capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive team environments and with integrative thinking skills.

 Ability to work independently but MUST be a proven team player.

 Worked in all phases of software development life cycle.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
