Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Liferay Tech Lead with deep expertise in Liferay 7.4 , particularly in on-premises migrations and custom development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing optimal solutions, leading development efforts, and providing technical guidance to the team. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to define and communicate solution approaches effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on Liferay 7.4 .
• Drive and manage on-premise migration projects from earlier Liferay versions or other platforms.
• Architect and implement custom modules, hooks, themes, and integrations.
• Perform code reviews , enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues and debugging production problems.
• Define and document solution approaches , architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Stay updated with Liferay product updates and industry trends.
