Job description

Ensures that the performance and security of virtual servers meet the needs of network users

Troubleshoot and configure servers in a virtual environment

Assist end-users on the proper use of hardware and software

Daily written and oral communications with coworkers and leadership

Perform periodic SCAP and STIG requirements needed to harden servers

Conduct basic hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
