This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. • A successful background in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical sector.
• A deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and the ability to navigate industry regulations effortlessly.
• An enthusiastic and motivational leadership style that inspires teams.
• Skilled in communication and negotiation, you know exactly how to convey value and close significant deals.
• A strong academic foundation with a degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related fields. The experience we're looking for
