We’re Hiring : Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

📍 Location : Chennai

Cityinfo Services, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, is looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads and build new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Drive end-to-end transaction management for corporate real estate deals
• Present customized solutions and proposals to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, strategy, and delivery
• Track sales pipeline, CRM data, and provide business insights
• Represent Cityinfo at industry events and networking forums

What We’re Looking For

✅ 7–8 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales

✅ Mandatory 4–5 years of transaction experience in corporate real estate (tenant representation preferred)

✅ Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

✅ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
