Manager – Finance

to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sound financial management, driving strategic financial planning, and maintaining robust internal controls. This role requires a balance of hands-on operational expertise and strategic financial leadership to support business growth and sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Financial Management

Lead the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes in alignment with business objectives.

Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability.

Oversee trade receivables and payables while ensuring optimal working capital management.

Handle all banking relationships and financial documentation effectively.

Supervise payroll administration, salary budgeting, and monthly reconciliations.

Ensure expense control and adherence to approved budgets.

Accounting & Reporting

Manage month-end and year-end financial closing with accuracy and timeliness.

Review product costing and ensure transparent cost structures across the business.

Prepare and present periodic financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.

Oversee budgetary compliance and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial targets.

Lead statutory, internal, and external audit processes ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.

Taxation & Compliance

Supervise all direct and indirect tax computations, filings, and payments.

Ensure complete documentation and accuracy in monthly and annual tax submissions.

Manage tax audits and liaise with auditors and authorities as required.

PRE-REQUISITES :

Minimum of 08 years of experience in Finance, with at least

2 years in a managerial capacity

within the

manufacturing sector.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) ; an

MBA in Finance

will be an added advantage.

Proven leadership and team management skills with a strong eye for detail and process improvement.

High proficiency in

MS Office (particularly Excel)

for financial modeling and reporting.

Hands-on experience with

SAP (B1 / HANA)

or equivalent ERP systems.

Excellent command of

English , both written and verbal.

Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to

Navi Mumbai .
