Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Gurgaon. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating between departments, managing workflows, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals, and optimizing operational processes. The role requires maintaining high levels of efficiency, ensuring compliance with company standards, and implementing strategic plans that align with business objectives.

Experience in Workforce Management, Field Sales & Marketing, Talent Acquisition

Skills in Skill Development, Corporate Training, Contract Staffing, Payroll Management

Experience in Data Analytics, Market Surveys

Proficiency in developing and implementing GTM strategies

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to optimize operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (non-negotiable)

Adept at Handling Pressure

Should be able to lead a team
