Assistant Manager - Financial Consolidation

Job descriptionPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS / IFRS / US GAAP / standalone and consolidation Manage the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments. In India and across Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, statutory requirements, and reporting timelines. Collaborate with entity-level finance teams to collect, verify, and reconcile financial inputs. Maintain and improve consolidation processes for greater accuracy and efficiency. Monitor the impact of any M&A activity, restructuring, or business changes on consolidation. Conduct detailed variance analysis and assist in presenting key financial insights to management. Support statutory and internal audit processes with required schedules and reconciliations. Utilize ERP and consolidation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM) for financial reporting and data management Managing and guiding the team towards performance excellence. A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting is required Strong working knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, or US GAAP. Experience with ERP / consolidation tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), or similar. Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and multi-currency consolidations. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a structured approach to financial reporting. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across geographies.
