About Us :

Mind Solutions Nexus builds AI systems that control chemical manufacturing plants. Multi-agent automation, predictive maintenance, real-time optimization. We're solving actual industrial problems, not building another chatbot.

What You'll Do :

Ship production ML systems for factory automation. Work with sensor data, time-series models, reinforcement learning, and control systems. Your code runs 24 / 7 in real plants.

What We Need :

• Minimum 1 year shipping production ML (not internships, not coursework)
• Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Docker, APIs
• Ability to debug, think independently, and build without handholding
• GitHub profile with actual contributions
