IT Manager

Role Objective

Drive Damsun’s next-gen digital backbone by strengthening our custom ERP ecosystem, deploying scalable applications, and embedding AI-led process optimisation across functions. This role demands a builder mindset — someone who architects systems, not just maintains them.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, optimisation, and governance of Damsun’s custom ERP platform.
• Design and deploy in-house applications to maximize workflow efficiency across sales, operations, production, finance, and service.
• Build automation frameworks using AI / ML, RPA, and no-code / low-code accelerators to unlock 10x productivity.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, data integrity, audit trails, and full compliance across touchpoints.
• Partner cross-functionally to convert business bottlenecks into digital solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Establish IT SOPs, access controls, backup / recovery protocols, and proactive cybersecurity governance.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoint security, and system uptime with strict SLAs.
• Manage external vendors, integrations, APIs, and cross-platform data pipelines.
• Track KPIs and deliver insights dashboards for leadership decision-making.
