Senior Payment Manager, Pricing and Monetization (FX)

The Opportunity :

Flywire is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager  to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across our global payments this individual contributor (IC) role you will combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to drive revenue growth optimize margins and enhance the client payment experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex market insights into actionable pricing strategies that support Flywires ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute strategic pricing models that align with Flywires business goals and market positioning
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to evaluate pricing trends across industries and regions.
• Collaborate with Sales Product and Finance teams to develop pricing strategies that enhance revenue growth and client retention.
• Analyze transaction-level data and pricing performance metrics to identify opportunities for price optimization and margin improvements
• Monitor global regulatory and economic developments that may influence pricing decisions ensuring compliance with regional and international requirements
• Develop and maintain pricing governance frameworks including approval workflows and documentation standards
• Deliver clear data-backed pricing recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-makinga
