Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Lead Amdocs Consultant with 4-8 years of deep expertise across the Amdocs product suite.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom BSS / OSS solutions and demonstrate the ability to design, implement, and optimize complex telecom IT solutions end-to-end.
This crucial role involves leading solution design, integration, and implementation across multiple Amdocs platforms, including CRM, Billing, Order Management, ARM, MES, and CSE, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Leadership & Implementation : Lead and significantly contribute to the design, integration, and end-to-end implementation of Amdocs solutions across CRM, Billing, OMS (Order Management System), ARM (Amdocs Resource Manager), MES (Managed Enterprise Services), and CSE (Customer Service Experience) platforms.
- Requirements & Design : Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements, translating them into robust, functional, and technical designs.
- System Integration : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient integration between Amdocs systems and critical external / internal platforms, such as network components, provisioning systems, and self-care portals.
- Customization & Enhancement : Drive the necessary enhancements, customization, and configuration of Amdocs modules to ensure they align perfectly with evolving business needs and strategic goals.
- Architecture & Scalability : Provide expert solution design for major BSS / OSS transformation projects, guaranteeing system scalability, optimal performance, and strict adherence to the overall enterprise architecture.
- Quality Assurance & Support : Support comprehensive testing phases (SIT / UAT), manage defect resolution, and oversee deployment activities. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues across the entire Amdocs stack.
- Documentation & Mentorship : Develop high-quality technical documentation, including solution architecture, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and user guides. You will also provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members and developers.
Qualifications :
Experience : 4-8 years of professional experience in implementing and consulting on Amdocs solutions.Product Expertise : Deep, versatile expertise across a wide range of Amdocs products, including CSE, Billing, OMS, ARM, CRM, and MES.Domain Knowledge : Strong technical and functional background in telecom BSS / OSS solutions.Technical Skills : Proven ability to design and implement complex system integrations using various interfaces and middleware.Communication : Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and providing effective documentation.Preferred Skills : Experience in large-scale BSS / OSS transformation projects and Amdocs certifications(ref : hirist.tech)
