Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle Workday HCM implementations, from strategy and design through deployment and optimization.
• Serve as both Solution Architect and Delivery Lead, ensuring alignment between business goals and Workday capabilities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client executives, acting as a strategic advisor and delivery partner.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Having being part of Pre-Sales / RFP process, understanding around estimations and planning with be additional advantage.
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering excellence in Workday configuration, project management, and client engagement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional project work.
• Represent the firm through thought leadership, including speaking engagements, webinars, and publication.
