UI / UX Developer

About the Role

IBL Finance, an NSE Listed NBFC, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for our fintech applications. The candidate should have strong design skills combined with frontend development expertise, with a clear understanding of financial applications and user journeys in the NBFC domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile fintech platforms.
• Convert wireframes and prototypes into responsive, interactive front-end applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to define seamless user flows.
• Ensure UI / UX designs meet financial industry standards for security and usability.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Stay updated with latest UI / UX trends and best practices in fintech and NBFC products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a UI / UX Developer / Designer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular (any one is fine).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
• Understanding of user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of UI / UX principles for fintech / financial applications.
• Ability to balance aesthetic design with functional usability.

Good to Have (Optional Skills)

• Knowledge of Flutter / React Native UI development.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Exposure to motion graphics / animations.
• Prior work experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, or payment apps.
