Major role and responsibilities

• Thorough approach involving in-depth understanding of client needs and legal intricacies in handling assignments.
• Possesses strong analytical and research aptitude with the ability to understand and apply statutory provisions, notifications and judicial precedents.
• Good command over English and sound drafting skills.
• Knowledge of case laws and the relevant legal framework and remains abreast of regulatory updates.
• Proactive in monitoring developments and trends in indirect tax laws and sharing insights with the team.
• Ability to do quick research to develop a theoretical understanding of the laws and acts.
• Capable of preparing research notes, client communications and legal updates under guidance.
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability and effective time management in executing assignments
