Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring projects meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Liaise between business teams and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Support project management and monitor project progress against objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
