This job role will include results-driven Lead Conversion Executive who will be responsible for converting
inbound and outbound leads into qualified home-loan opportunities.
You will be the first point of contact for customers—understanding their requirements, assessing loan eligibility at a preliminary level, and routing qualified cases to the advisory or operations team for further processing.
This role directly impacts revenue and business growth.
Lead Qualification & Conversion
• Call all inbound and outbound leads generated via digital channels, referrals, and partners
• Understand customer requirements including income profile, employment type, property details, and loan requirement.
• Ask structured pre-qualification questions to assess loan feasibility
• Identify serious and high-intent customers
• Convert raw leads into qualified opportunities
Customer Advisory (Initial Conversations)
• Explain Butter Money’s value proposition clearly and confidently
• Guide customers on loan eligibility basics and documentation readiness
• Clarify customer doubts regarding loan process and next steps
• Ensure smooth handover to Advisory or Operations team
Deal Tracking & Coordination.
• Route qualified cases to internal advisory or ops teams
• Follow up on cases to ensure movement toward sanction and disbursal
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Track lead progress: Lead → Qualified → Sent to Ops → Deal → Sanction → Disbursal
Performance Ownership
• Focus on quality conversion, not just call volume
• Drive cases that result in sanctions and disbursals under Butter Money code
• Collaborate with advisory and ops teams to improve closure ratios
