Role Description

We are recruiting a versatile Client Partner & Company Secretary to champion Stellar's offerings and nurture our relationships :

Business Development

Grow Stellar’s client partnerships and nurture relationships with HNI / UHNI investors and family offices

Own the end-to-end client journey : sale, onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building

Communicate investment strategies clearly, especially our hyper-personalization, goal-focused, and quant & AI-driven approach (you will explain credibly and loop in internal experts when required)

Collect and structure actionable client feedback, processing client signals to work cross-functionally with product and quant teams to influence product direction

Leverage modern tools, such as AI agents and CRM software

Governance & Legal

Undertake the responsibilities of our designated Company Secretary

Coordinate closely with external CS, CA, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governance

Preferred Background

Education : Qualifications in CS (eligible to be the designated CS is mandatory)

Experience : 3+ years in wealth management or PMS / AIF advisory

Strong Network : Demonstrated success managing HNI / UHNI relationships, especially younger or tech-savvy clients

Mindset : AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action

Bonus : Zero-to-one experience of growing such companies from an early stage

Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above
