About the Role : We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in the renewable energy sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our mission of building a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles within the renewable energy domain
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain recruitment metrics and contribute to employer branding initiatives
