Description
Provides technical & application services & support to Agilent customers. This includestimely and cost-effective problem resolution with the objectiveof enhancing our customer experience and meetAgilentcontractual agreements. Leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities and provide highly qualified leads to sales. Performs a set of required admin tasks to ensure flawless customer service for contract and trade customers.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to.
Responsible for providing technical & application support for Agilent analytical instruments to existing & new customers in markets of Pharma / F&F / Food / Academicetc.
Deliver customer education courses on-site as well at COE labs
Cost & time effective application method deployment on Agilent instruments
Promptly troubleshoot method / technology transfers issues from one instrument to another.
Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions & customers.
Deliver product seminars for customers, prospects, and employees.
Training of internal & external team and provide technical support.
Respond promptly to related customer queries & help with prompt resolution of customer escalations.
Participate in programs to stimulate demand for all Agilent range of products / services and ensure timely and proper execution of those programs.
Perform Installations, Preventive Maintenance, Repair, software & hardware IQ OQon Agilent products as required.
Co-ordinate internally with all the field sales team and Managers to ensure that the key customers are delighted.
Must be willing to travel extensively
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Instrumentation / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Life Science or equivalent
Relevantbasic / theoreticalknowledge of analytical instrumentslike LC / LCMS, ICP OES / ICPMS
Experience 18-24 months
Candidates should enjoy travelling and visiting customers.
Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication, troubleshooting and problem-solvingskills along with good organizational & negotiation skills.
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL etc.
Note# : Preferably LC-MS
