Job Title : HR Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

2. Manage employee records, PF, and ESIC-related matters.

3. Handle labor inspections and audits.

4. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

5. Liaise with government agencies and other regulatory bodies.

6. Provide guidance on employment law and company policies.

7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in HR compliance or a similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
