Position : Motion Graphics Designer

Location : Nahur, Mumbai

Experience : 2-4 years

CTC : 6 LPA max

Past experience of digital marketing agency is a must.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In

this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for a

variety of digital platforms.

You will work closely with designers, animators, and other creatives to develop and execute creative

solutions that meet project goals and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities :

  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms (e.g.,

explainer videos, social media content, marketing materials).

  • Collaborate with concept artists, designers, and copywriters to translate ideas into visually

    • compelling motion graphics.

  • Develop storyboards, animatics, and other visual aids to communicate design concepts.
  • Animate using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe

    • Premiere Pro).

  • Incorporate typography, sound design, and visual effects to enhance the overall impact of

    • motion graphics.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of motion design principles, animation techniques, and

    • visual storytelling.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Work effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide creative input and feedback to other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in motion graphics design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and

    • other relevant software (e.g., Cinema 4D).

  • Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, animation techniques, and visual

    • storytelling.

  • Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and colour
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of motion graphics design principles
