Role : Proposal Writer / Pre Sales

Exp : 3-5Yrs

Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad( Onsite)

Below is the JD for the Proposal Writer (Mid-Level).

My3Tech is seeking a talented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting compelling proposals for private, state, and federal government contracts. As a Proposal Writer, you will play a critical role in helping us secure new opportunities and expand our presence in the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and insights required for proposal development.
  • Research and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations to understand project requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance guidelines.
  • Develop and write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that addresses client needs and showcases our strengths and capabilities.
  • Create compelling executive summaries, cover letters, and other proposal sections to engage and captivate evaluators.
  • Edit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting and style guidelines.
  • Coordinate proposal development activities, including proposal kick-off meetings, content reviews, and document version control.
  • Maintain a proposal library with up-to-date content, templates, and reusable boilerplate text.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in government procurement regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing for private, state, and federal government contracts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT and Excel).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with technical writing and IT proposals is a plus.
