The Fitness Manager (Operational Level) plays a vital role in this system — driving daily trainer performance, member satisfaction, and transformation outcomes across a cluster of five gyms.
Position Overview
The Fitness Manager (Operational Level) is responsible for the day-to-day management of all fitness operations across 5 assigned gyms . This includes trainer discipline, PT sales achievement, member result tracking, and coordination with front-desk staff to deliver exceptional gym performance.
This role ensures that every trainer performs at peak efficiency, every member achieves visible progress, and every gym consistently meets its fitness and transformation goals.
You will report to the Area Fitness Manager and work closely with the Area Sales & Operations Manager to support renewals and member retention through strong result delivery.

KPIs & Metrics
The performance of the Fitness Manager (Operational Level) will be measured through a defined set of KPIs focused on trainer efficiency, client results, and operational discipline. The manager must maintain at least 95% daily trainer attendance and compliance , ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to WTF standards across all assigned gyms. Each trainer is expected to achieve an average personal training revenue of ₹1,00,000 or more per month , reflecting consistent sales performance and client engagement. Every gym under the manager’s supervision should deliver a minimum of 10 client transformations per month , demonstrating effective program delivery and measurable results.
Additionally, the role demands maintaining a member renewal influence rate of 80% or higher , driven by visible fitness progress and superior service experience. The manager must ensure operational and SOP compliance of at least 95% , guaranteeing that all gyms follow standardized procedures. Member satisfaction will be closely tracked, with a required average feedback rating of 4.5 out of 5 or higher , and all client escalations or service issues must be resolved within 24 hours to maintain a seamless and trustworthy member experience.
