Spa Manager – Role & Responsibilities (Female)
Guest Engagement : Warmly welcome guests, provide consultations, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience.
Appointment Management : Efficiently handle phone calls, online bookings, and schedule appointments to optimize spa flow.
Service Knowledge : Be fully knowledgeable of all therapies and treatments; guide guests and answer queries confidently.
Sales & Promotions : Promote spa packages, memberships, and gift vouchers to drive sales and guest retention.
Billing & Accounts : Maintain accurate billing records and ensure secure handling of cash, cards, and other transactions.
Guest Feedback : Actively seek feedback and reviews to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Cost Control : Monitor supplies, manage expenses, and follow standard procedures to reduce wastage.
Hygiene & Cleanliness : Maintain high standards of sanitation; coordinate with housekeeping for clean and safe treatment areas.
Service Excellence : Work closely with therapists to ensure top-quality, consistent, and personalized guest experiences.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Ensure strict compliance with all spa protocols and operational standards.
Guest Grievances : Address complaints promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate critical concerns as needed.
Reception & Inventory Management : Keep the reception organized, manage inventory, and prevent shortages or pilferage.
