Effectively manage, monitor, and inspire the assigned project team to achieve optimal performance. Conduct compelling project presentations and compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Facilitate management training sessions to acquaint teams with organizational processes and procedures. Proactively identify and report potential risks and issues to management for timely resolution.
Preferred Skills
- Accumulated over 8+ years of experience in the Software Development Industry.
- Demonstrated leadership / management roles for single or multiple clients, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Robust technical background in Open Source and Mobile development.
- Proficiency in Agile project management.
- Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies in the industry.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
